- The Corporate Services & Studio Compliance Specialist ensures smooth, compliant operations across corporate support and studio environments. Working autonomously with full ownership of the role, you will manage documentation, coordinate with internal and external teams, and maintain strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Proactivity, accountability, and attention to detail are essential.
- Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactive & Autonomous Work
- • Operates independently with strong ownership of studio compliance and departmental processes.
- • Ensures all decisions, actions, and projects are aligned with and approved by the Head of Department and the global team to meet iGaming regulatory standards.
- Team Collaboration
- • Facilitates clear communication across local and global teams.
- • Contributes to a cohesive, high-performing work culture and supports shared objectives.
- Studio Operations Compliance
- • Works with Project Managers, Studio Production, and Procurement to ensure all studio activities meet regulatory and operational requirements.
- • Ensures all tasks are pre-approved by the Head of Department and global team.
- Salesforce Management
- • Maintains accurate, up-to-date records of gaming equipment lifecycles.
- • Supports real-time stock monitoring and reduces human error by tracking allocations and upcoming orders.
- • Generates audit-ready reports and ensures full traceability and data integrity.
- SharePoint Management
- • Manages centralized storage of technical and compliance documentation.
- • Maintains document control, ensures proper versioning, and coordinates internal reviews.
- • Ensures files are secure, organized, and accessible for operational or audit needs.
- Regulatory Documentation
- • Prepares and submits required notifications to the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), including studio authorizations, layout changes, equipment totals, and new operation launches.
- • All submissions must be approved by the Head of Department.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- • Manages planning and execution of CSR initiatives if launched in future.
- • Coordinates with stakeholders and ensures activities meet compliance and organizational standards.
- Support for Office Projects
- • Assists with office renovations, internal events, and company updates.
- • Ensures efficiency, compliance, and alignment with global standards.
- About the Tools
- Salesforce: Tracks equipment across global studios, ensuring real-time traceability, regulatory readiness, inventory accuracy, and transparent reporting.
- SharePoint: Centralized and secure platform for storing compliance documents, supporting collaboration and version control.
- Requirements
- Background in operational and/or compliance support.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Minimum 1–3 years administrative experience.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- Experience in iGaming is an asset.
